Annual Giving Assistant
Summary
Under supervision and direction, the Annual Giving Assistant will provide general administrative support to the Annual Giving program and Annual Giving leadership, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities within the department. This position will assist with donor communications, campaign coordination, data management, and other administrative tasks that are critical to the success of Annual Giving initiatives.

• Provide administrative assistance to the Annual Giving team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and handling correspondence.
• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and communications related to annual giving campaigns.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of donor communications, including thank-you letters, solicitation letters, and stewardship materials.
• Support the creation and mailing of campaign materials such as direct mail, email solicitations, and event invitations.
• Maintain positive relationships with donors by responding to inquiries and providing information as needed.
• Assist with the logistics and coordination of Annual Giving campaigns, including supporting campaign planning, execution, and tracking.
• Help with the organization of fundraising events, volunteer coordination, and donor recognition activities.
• Maintain accurate donor and campaign records in the donor database or CRM system.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating donor recognition events, fundraising events, and other Annual Giving-related activities.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
