Annual Giving Coordinator

Summary

Under supervision and direction, the Annual Giving Coordinator will provide comprehensive oversight of all functions related to office operations and business processes within the Annual Giving department. This position is responsible for managing fiscal operations, leading Annual Giving campaigns and programs, overseeing project management, supervising student employees, liaising with vendors, and offering administrative support to the Annual Giving leadership team.

  • Oversee and manage the fiscal operations of the Annual Giving department, including budgeting, tracking expenditures, and ensuring the proper allocation of resources for campaigns and programs.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports related to annual giving initiatives, ensuring that all financial processes align with department goals and organizational guidelines.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of Annual Giving campaigns and fundraising programs.
  • Coordinate direct mail, digital solicitation, and stewardship efforts to maximize donor engagement and participation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reach annual giving targets, including identifying new opportunities to increase donor participation.
  • Manage and oversee the timeline and execution of various projects related to Annual Giving campaigns and programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Supervise and provide direction to student employees, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for vendor relations related to Annual Giving initiatives.
  • Manage communication with vendors and service providers, ensuring that contracts, deliverables, and timelines are adhered to.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Annual Giving leadership team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
