ASO DIR, Corporate Engagement
Summary
The Associate Director of Corporate Engagement plays a pivotal role in fostering strategic partnerships between the organization and corporate entities. This position will support the development and execution of corporate engagement strategies to advance the organization’s mission and goals. Key responsibilities include business development, relationship management, performance benchmarking, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

- Support the Director, or higher-level administrator to develop and implement comprehensive corporate engagement strategies to maximize industry partnerships and support organizational objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships of corporate stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and support for research, education, and philanthropic initiatives.
- Build a portfolio of corporate stakeholders and strategically manage relationships to bring major gift solicitations to closure.
- Support and provide input to evaluate and benchmark corporate engagement efforts against industry standards, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
- Support and collaborate with internal/assigned college departments to ensure alignment of corporate engagement activities with organizational goals and priorities.
Education and Experience
Master’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and one year of relevant experience in corporate relations, business development or other related field; or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and three years of relevant experience in corporate relations, business development, or other related field.

Supervision
This position may supervise a team of corporate engagement professionals and support staff, providing guidance and direction in executing engagement strategies and initiatives.
