Summary

The Assistant Director of Corporate Engagement plays a pivotal role in fostering strategic partnerships between the organization and corporate entities. This position will assist leadership and support the development and execution of corporate engagement strategies to advance the organization’s mission and goals. Key responsibilities include supporting business development, relationship management, performance benchmarking, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

  • Assist leadership in the development and implementation of comprehensive corporate engagement strategies to maximize industry partnerships and support organizational objectives.
  • Assist leadership to cultivate and maintain relationships with key corporate stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and support for research, education, and philanthropic initiatives.
  • Research and compile data to evaluate and benchmark corporate engagement efforts against industry standards, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Provide data and support the collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment of corporate engagement activities with organizational goals and priorities.
  • May be assigned a portfolio of corporate stakeholders and industry partners.

Education and Experience

Master’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and one year of experience in corporate relations, business development, or other related field.

Supervision

This position may supervise support staff, providing guidance and direction in executing engagement strategies and initiatives.
