Clinical Research Analyst I

Summary

This is an entry level position that is responsible for independently building and managing calendars for clinical trials in the OnCore CTMS system. Participates in entry level budget building and analysis. Troubleshoots and tests calendar build issues. Works with support staff to test calendar workflows in Epic.

  • Responsible for building AHC (Academic Health Center) calendars in the OnCore CTMS, including calendar amendments in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
  • Manage calendar builds by vendor, provide quality checks, and implement institutional SOP’s.
  • Will participate in entry level budget analysis and building in the OnCore CTMS.
  • Conducts end user calendar training and may assist in subject management training.
  • Troubleshoot and test calendar build and subject management issues in OnCore CTMS.
  • Work with support staff to test calendar workflows in Epic.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and one year of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
