Clinical Research Analyst II
Summary
This is an intermediate position that is responsible for independently building and managing calendars and budgets for clinical trials in the OnCore CTMS system, including AHC and ONC. Manages calendar builds by third-party vendor. Conducts end user training pertaining to calendars, budgets, and subject management. Troubleshoots issues and works with support staff to test calendar workflows in Epic.

- Responsible for building AHC/ONC calendars and budgets in the OnCore CTMS, including amendments in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
- Submits budget-related errors to study teams for review and negotiation.
- Manage calendar builds by vendor, provide quality checks, and implement institutional SOP’s.
- Conducts end user calendar, budget, and subject management training for study staff.
- Troubleshoot and test calendar, budget, and subject management issues in OnCore CTMS.
- Work with support staff to test calendar workflows in Epic.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
