Clinical Research Analyst III

Summary

This is an advanced position that is responsible for building and managing calendars and budgets for complex clinical trials in the OnCore CTMS system, including AHC and ONC. Manages calendar builds by third-party vendor and updates guidelines for custom builds. Conducts end user training and all training for new staff pertaining to calendars, budgets, and subject management. Assists in completion of software validation for new OnCore software updates.

  • Responsible for building AHC/ONC calendars and budgets in the OnCore CTMS, including amendments.
  • Builds and maintains complex calendars and budgets from the Oncology portfolio.
  • Manage calendar builds by vendor, provide quality checks, and implement institutional SOPs.
  • Acts as support analyst for all team members with Advarra builds, budget implementation, and BBQ’s.
  • Conducts end user calendar, budget, and subject management training for study staff.
  • Maintains all OnCore Support training documentation and tools associated with calendars and budgets as requested by team lead.
  • Submit new guidelines to Advarra for changes needed to Custom Calendar Build Guidelines.
  • Conducts all calendar and budget training for new staff.
  • Maintain team SOPs as needed.
  • Assists in the completion of software validation for new OnCore software updates as needed, and in partnership with OnCore Support.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and three years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
