Clinical Research Analyst IV
Summary
This position serves as the team lead for the Calendar and Budget Analyst Team and is responsible for managing workflow and monitoring build completion for all team members. building and managing calendars and budgets for complex clinical trials in the OnCore CTMS system, including AHC and ONC. Manages calendar builds by third-party vendor and updates guidelines for custom builds. Conducts end user training and all training for new staff pertaining to calendars, budgets, and subject management. Assists in completion of software validation for new OnCore software updates.

- Responsible for building and maintaining team mission and team development through UF Engaged.
- Manage the team workload, and monitor build completion of all team members.
- Develops all training and associated documentation for new team members.
- Oversees and directs the development of new processes and workflows, and manages pilots as needed.
- Oversees maintenance and provides quality control of all OnCore Support training documentation, tools, and established guidelines associated with calendars and budgets, and maintain team SOP’s.
- Work with our in-house report analyst to create and maintain clear metrics reporting at the individual and team level.
- Coordinate the testing of all new OnCore calendar and budget workflows and processes with the Epic Team.
- Manage the maintenance of the Custom Calendar Build Guidelines.
- Communicates application defects or workflow issues to CTMS management team, CTMS workgroups, and vendor representatives as appropriate.
- Manages and delegates the completion of calendar and budget validation for new OnCore software updates as needed, and in partnership with OnCore Support.
- Works with OCR leadership on office-wide initiatives. Participates in decision making.
Education and Experience
Master’s degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
