Compliance Analyst II
Summary
This position is the second in the five-level compliance analysist series. The Compliance Analysist II works under supervision with some decision-making authority. The CA II primarily performs routine compliance functions of in support of one or more compliance programs.
Examples of Work
- Review and approve routine notifications from variety of systems and complete compliance reviews, making determinations regarding the implementation of risk mitigation plans or escalation to leadership, as appropriate
- Prepare and route documents and mitigation plans to leadership for review and approval
- Awareness and understanding of applicable regulations related to one compliance program
- Assist with maintenance and editing of compliance records including case files, logs and compliance calendars
- Evaluate basic compliance concerns and propose solutions to senior staff and department leadership. Assist with implementing solutions.
- Perform administrative duties related to the compliance program, as needed
- Maintain confidentiality/ privacy
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and two years of experience in appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Supervision
This position does not include supervisory responsibility.
