Compliance Analyst III
Summary
This position is the third in the five-level compliance analyst series. The Compliance Analyst III is a Journeymen-level position. The CA III is independent and has some decision-making authority and minimal direct supervision. The CA III prepares compliance mitigation, evaluates compliance concerns within their area of expertise and assists with ongoing compliance program monitoring.
Examples of Work
- Prepare compliance risk mitigation and program plans for Assistant/ Associate Director approval
- Maintain an awareness and understanding of applicable regulations related to multiple compliance programs
- Together with senior staff, assist with implementation of compliance requirements
- Independently evaluate basic compliance concerns and propose solutions to leadership
- Participates in internal monitoring and auditing of compliance program(s)
- Maintain confidentiality/privacy
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and three years of experience in appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Supervision
This position does not include supervisory responsibility.
