Compliance Analyst IV
Summary
This position is the fourth in the five-level compliance analyst series. The Compliance Analyst IV is a professional-level position, and is largely independent and conducts most activities autonomously and with minimal direct supervision. The CA IV independently evaluates complex compliance issues and assists with training campus as well as junior compliance analysts.
Examples of Work
- Write and revise SOPs and policies for Assistant/ Associate Director approval
- Deliver compliance training to the UF community
- Assist in training and mentoring department staff
- Independently evaluate complex compliance concerns
- Maintain an awareness and understanding of applicable regulations related to multiple compliance areas, and serve a resource to Campus and the department
- Maintains a high degree of confidentiality/privacy
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and four years of experience in appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree preferred.

This position does not include supervisory responsibility.
