Compliance Analyst V
Summary
This position is the fifth in the five-level compliance analyst series. The Compliance Analyst V/ Manager is a professional-level position, and is largely independent and conducts most activities autonomously. The CA V/ Manager may supervise more junior compliance analysts. The CA V/ Manager may lead compliance functions independently, such as committees, monitoring or investigations.
Examples of Work
- Independently evaluates compliance issues and concerns and proposes solutions to department leadership
- Communicate frequently and effectively with staff under supervision
- Creates and delivers training related to one or more compliance program(s)
- Coordinates and participates in retrospective reviews, and other investigations under the oversight of the Assistant/ Associate Director
- Assists the Assistant/ Associate Director in conducting regulatory research and assessment
- May lead internal monitoring and auditing of compliance program(s)
- May serve as facilitator or administrator for one or more compliance committees or work groups
- Maintains a high degree of confidentiality/privacy
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and four years of experience in appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree preferred.
