Responsible for capturing an accurate and detailed description of a patient encounter in the provider’s words.

- Enters patient medical history into the EHR as directed by the provider, and documents physician dictated notes such as the physical exam, differential diagnoses, and progress notes.

Two years of undergraduate education with emphasis in pre-medical studies.
