  • Coordinates schedules within the hospital for procedures, imaging, consultations or other offerings by the service.
  • Ensures patient submission requests and records are complete during internal scheduling.
  • Maintains a global overview of service workings to promote service and hospital efficiency.
  • Supports timely patient care and diagnostics.
  • Assists with managing service budget.
  • Maintains inventory for service placing supply orders as necessary.
  • Keeps the service flowing by ensuring internal workflows are completed in a timely manner by students, technicians, and clinicians.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent and three years of relevant experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
