Summary

The Executive Assistant to the President provides high-level administrative support to the President, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the President’s Office. This role requires managing key administrative processes, coordinating meetings, preparing materials for conferences, and handling confidential information. The position demands effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and plays a vital role in maintaining the office’s efficiency and professionalism.

  • Manage the President’s schedule, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, speeches, and reports for the President.
  • Handle confidential information and respond to internal and external inquiries.
  • Monitor and follow up on unresolved issues on behalf of the President.
  • Coordinate special projects and liaise with high-level officials both within and outside the organization.
  • Supervise administrative staff within the office and delegate tasks as needed.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree and seven years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
