Hotel Desk Clerk
The Hotel Desk Clerk described is responsible for performing a variety of guest services and support function for the Reitz Union Hotel, a 36 guest room hotel facility that is a part of the J. Wayne Reitz Union (JWRU). The JWRU building is a multi-purpose facility with over 600,000 gross square feet of public space, including ballrooms, an auditorium, meeting rooms, a food court, game room, offices, and a hotel. The JWRU provides programs, services and facilities to enhance the campus life experience for students and others in the University community. The Reitz Union Hotel serves students, faculty, staff, and guests of the university. This position is responsible for providing customary customer services for hotel customers and assisting with general hotel management functions.

Licensure and Certification
This position does not typically include supervisory responsibility.
