Management Analyst
Summary
The Management Analyst is a combination of financial analysis, project management, audit coordination, and reporting responsibilities. It is tasked with providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance the organization’s processes and support decision-making by leadership.

- Partner with stakeholders to design solutions for organizational needs, including software, workflow, and system improvements.
- Participate in the prioritization of annual projects in alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead, monitor, and manage project team tasks, timelines, and assignments.
- Track and escalate decisions, risks, dependencies, and status reports.
- Document business rules and support materials for data-related projects.
- Establish and lead high-performing project teams.
- Work with stakeholders to develop rollout plans, training materials, and communication plans.
- Compiles data, conducts research, performs independent analysis, and formulates recommendations on operational, administrative, and accounting matters.
- Develops benchmarks and optimal measures and analyzes opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure quality assurance for product and process functionality.
- Report progress and present recommendations clearly.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
