Utility Line Locator
This position operates equipment and instruments to locate underground utility lines.

- Responsible for locating, marking and protecting main and service lines used for electric, chilled water, steam water, wastewater, fiber optic, gas and reclaimed water.
- Process dig permit applications.
- Coordinate with mapping technicians to update utility records.
- Coordinate field appointments.
Education and Experience
High school diploma and three years of appropriate experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Licensure and Certification
This position may include supervisory responsibility.
