- Describe the methods you use to motivate and engage a prospect with no giving history. What tactics did you use? How did the prospect react? What was the outcome/impact?
- Tell us about a time you were able to build a relationship with a donor that resulted in increased giving. What approach did you take? What obstacles did you face?
- Tell me about a time you and your college/unit led stewardship efforts for a specific donor. What was the approach? Why? What was the donor’s reaction? What was the outcome?
