Coordinates and arranges resources including facilities, equipment, and service providers.

Coaches others on inspecting ceremony facilities to ensure they are in proper order.

Monitors actives and logistics by service providers during the event according to ceremony requirements.

Controls ceremony timing during the event, ensuring that all steps are completed on time.

Manages any unexpected or emergency issues during the event and controls the ceremony budget.

Proficiency Level 4 - Subject matter depth and breadth

Ensures that all ceremony activities comply with applicable regulations, laws and university policies.

Oversees the smooth running of a whole ceremony, including all jobs during and after a ceremony.

Directs service providers during the ceremony, including security, catering, and displays.

Predicts any emergency issues and resolves any problems during a ceremony.

Leads in establishing standards, strategies and best practices in ceremony on-site management.

Evaluates issues or errors after an event to improve the efficiency and success of future events.
