Develops policies and procedures for corrective reviews.

Creates new approaches for solving workplace issues like addiction, violence, etc.

Contributes to the resolution of high-profile, high-impact cases of employee grievance.

Predicts marketplace trends and makes recommendations to the organization on employee counseling.

Creates guidelines for organizational management of counseling issues and preventive measures.
