HR Data Analyst

Summary

The HR Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting HR-related data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will help inform business decisions. This position will work closely with HR and other departments to collect, manage, and analyze data to improve HR processes and performance.

  • Collect and analyze HR data from various sources such as payroll, employee surveys, and performance reviews.
  • Identify trends and patterns in data to provide insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track HR metrics such as turnover rates, workforce trends, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to provide data-driven insights to improve HR programs and processes.
  • Work with IT to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain data models and forecasting tools to support HR decision-making.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and projects as needed.

Education and Experience

A bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and three years of appropriate experience.
