Interview Questions

  • Describe a time when you exceeded the expectations of a stakeholder. How did the stakeholder react? What did you take away from this?
  • Tell me about a time when there were misalignments between your vision and the stakeholder's vision and how you navigated the situation. Were there any compromises made?
  • Describe a time when you had to adapt to a stakeholder from a background or culture that was different than yours. What strategy did you use and how did you feel about it?
  • Share a time when you were able to assess how another person felt, based on nonverbal cues. How did you develop an accurate reading of this person and what was the outcome?
